Share Energy raises the bar with Living Wage accreditation
Northern Ireland’s homegrown energy disruptor, Share Energy, has officially become a Living Wage Employer—reinforcing its commitment to fairness, transparency, and people-first business. Already paying all staff the real Living Wage or above, the company now joins over 16,000 UK employers voluntarily going beyond government minimums.
This move aligns with Share Energy’s wider mission to challenge the energy market, not just through profit-sharing and pricing, but through ethical operations that put people and communities first. With 20% of Northern Ireland’s workforce still earning below the real Living Wage, this step signals the kind of leadership the sector needs.
