Leading hydrogen investor Alicia Eastman says Ireland’s strong offshore wind resources, supportive business environment, and growing infrastructure make it an ideal location for green hydrogen development.

Ahead of her keynote at WHTC 2025 in Dublin this October, Eastman highlighted Ireland’s potential to become a major energy exporter, especially as part of a broader energy optimisation strategy that includes hydrogen.

The event, expected to draw 2,500 delegates and €4 million in economic impact, will showcase how Ireland can play a pivotal role in the global clean energy transition.
