Bord Gáis Energy reported a €39 million profit for the first half of 2025—down from €50 million during the same period last year—but highlighted continued strength across its retail, trading, and asset divisions. The energy provider also grew its customer base by 3%, reinforcing its market presence despite a year-on-year dip in earnings.

The company, a subsidiary of Centrica, said the results demonstrate stable performance amid evolving market conditions.
