This award recognises an individual or early-stage organisation across the island of Ireland that is demonstrating exceptional promise and impact in the field of energy achievement. The judges will want to see evidence of innovation, leadership, and measurable contribution to energy efficiency or decarbonisation, relative to career or organisational stage.

  • Background: Outline the individual’s role or organisation’s profile, including experience, remit, and area of influence.
  • Vision & Strategy: Describe the energy vision, objectives, and ambitions driving their work.
  • Implementation: Detail key initiatives, projects, or actions delivered to date and the individual’s or organisation’s direct contribution.
  • Commitment & Leadership: Demonstrate commitment to learning, collaboration, and influencing others within the sector.
  • Outcomes & Results: Highlight measurable impacts achieved so far, with evidence of growth, scalability, or wider influence.
  • Supporting Facts & Statements: Include testimonials, recognition, or additional evidence supporting rising-star potential.
